Terms & Conditions of Appointments

Consultation Policy:

Consultations are a charged service.

The amount is not redeemable.

A consultation is classed as a service and charged for the service.

 

This does not include the free consultation carried out as part of every service prior to the treatment on the day, and prior submission of virtual consultation, consent forms and photos.

The consultations that are charged are for services where the client wishes to discuss a treatment plan in person and wishes to meet with the practitioner prior to making a decision.

Clients are required to pay the £30 non-refundable consultation fee upon booking. This is to be paid via the booking system when your appointment is booked.

KCMA salon reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this policy at any time without notifying the client.

 

Non-refundable Booking Fee Policy: 

All clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the treatment cost. This must be paid via the booking system or in cash, upon booking to make your appointment secure. This is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within 3 months of your original booking date provided that you have given us 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment.

Should you need to cancel within the 48 hours you will loose your booking-fee and when rebooking your appointment you will be required to pay the booking-fee again.

 

Without payment your appointment will not be secure and your booking will not be complete.

KCMA salon reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this policy at any time without notifying the client.

 

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you!

However, please understand that when you cancel or forget your appointment, without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to adjust our schedules and accommodate other clients who are on our waiting list.

With this in mind, we respectfully request you to provide at least 48 hours cancellation notice.
